Arla wanted to understand how AI could be used across its in-house agency, The Barn. The team was curious, but not yet confident. Senior leaders were cautious. Most people didn’t know where to start. I partnered with Deft to create and run a programme designed to build confidence and capability across the business.

We started with focused training to help people get hands-on with AI tools and learn how to use them in a way that worked for their specific roles. From there, we worked across seven live challenge areas, using real problems to show real progress. We looked at how AI could speed up creative workflows, reduce manual load, and generate new thinking. Throughout, we blended AI exploration with business clarity to help teams unlock value without adding complexity.

By the end, usage was up across the business. Confidence had grown. And senior leaders who had started off unsure were now pushing for more. We left the teams with a clear roadmap and the tools to carry on without us.

Sabre wanted to identify friction in its customer experience and do something about it. Fast. I built and delivered a full AI-driven process to help the team move from frustration to clarity in a matter of weeks.

To begin the process and build the dataset, we sourced a variety of inputs. Interview transcripts from senior leaders. Call centre data. Real customer feedback. Then we used AI to map patterns across that input, revealing clear blockers and opportunities that might otherwise have stayed hidden. From there, I helped shape a living model of the customer journey, backed by data, structured thinking, and trusted methodologies.

The result was more than just a set of findings. It was a new way of working. Sabre left with a clear view of what mattered most, a tested list of solutions, and a faster path to action. Teams could now build, test, and refine ideas at speed, using the same AI model as their ongoing guide.

Diageo wanted to explore what a loyalty programme could look like for whisky lovers, but they needed direction fast. In just eight hours, I used AI to research the market, analyse the audience, and build out three clear routes for a future-ready loyalty offer.

The work moved quickly because it had to. I used generative tools to review top loyalty schemes across sectors, identify white space, and align each idea to the needs of modern whisky drinkers. From digital engagement to curated subscription experiences, each route came with its own story, structure, and clear value to the brand.

This wasn’t about rushing. It was about using AI to shortcut the noise and get to sharper thinking, faster. The final outputs helped the team reset their ambition and gave them three fully-formed directions they could explore and develop without delay.

A loyalty project at B&Q had lost steam. The ambition was there, but the story was stuck. I was brought in by RAPP at the request of the CEO, with a simple challenge: take what exists, and turn it into something the business can believe in.

In one afternoon, I reworked the core idea, rebuilt the story, and added the energy the project needed. Using AI tools, I quickly tested new narratives, explored fresh propositions, and visualised how technology could make this loyalty scheme truly different. It wasn’t about gimmicks. It was about building something that felt human, useful, and rewarding from the moment you walked in the store.

By the end of the session, we had a new direction, clearer language, and a bold concept that felt actionable and exciting. The project went from stuck to moving, with renewed leadership buy-in and a sharper story to rally around.

Atomic wanted to explore what AI could unlock for their clients. I was invited to lead a 90-minute session designed to inspire and shift the team's mindset. The goal was to make the potential feel real, not theoretical.

We used Sipsmith as our live brand. I started by showing the team simple, practical prompt techniques. Then we jumped in. Within twenty minutes, they were using AI themselves to generate innovation ideas that felt right for the brand and aligned to strategic goals. The room moved quickly from curiosity to confidence.

By the end, the team had seen just how fast ideas can form when AI is used with purpose. What began as an inspiration session turned into something more. A shift in mindset. A reminder that speed, story, and strategy can work together.
